The following are answers to questions we're most frequently asked:

How do I start Home Delivery, and who should I contact with questions?

Call Roland Frye on his cell, 901-483-1419; and he will answer all your questions . 



Does BENSINGER'S charge a delivery or membership fee?
No. You pay our everyday store prices. There are no additional fees. No charge for Same Day Service at our stores.


Does Bensingers clean Wedding dresses , prom gowns , carnival gowns?   Yes; we are the best .

Do you use TRICHLOROETHYLENE ( Perc is the chlorinated cleaning solvent)  in your cleaning?  No!
. BENSINGER'S  uses an environmentally friendlier cleaning process that leaves your clothes clean and oderless, without that "dry cleaning" smell. Perc is a very bad pollutant. Does your current cleaners use it?

Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
You and our service person choose the location at your home ; typically back door ,porch, carport/garage . It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?
At no charge, we'll provide a sturdy BENSINGER'S  laundry bag. If you do not have a BENSINGER bag, just leave your dry cleaning and shirts in a plastic bag or basket etc. in your usual drop-off location. 

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made? NO
NO . Today 80% of our customers are not home when we pick-up and deliver.Bensinger's service persons are bonded and reliable .  There is no need to be home to use our service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.

How do I pay for your service?
Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex Express ) once at the end each month. You will receive a BENSINGER'S email monthly statement that documents your charges and shows your credit card billing . 

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
You will be assigned either MON- THUR or  TUES- FRI cycle .After your account is set up and approved,your serviceman will call to introduce himself and arrange the details with you . You may ask him for a free Bensinger's bag at this time ;however you may always leave your garments in a plastic bag, laundy basket, or other container.

How do I tell BENSINGERS  about a special request/issue with my garments?
Call your driver's cell phone.( see Saff/Managers page)  Simply leave (or pin to garment) a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment  along with your specific cleaning instructions. Please inform your service person when you are out of the city.

What should  I do,  if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?                   

call our customer service desk at 901-937-4800 or call your service person's Bensingers cell phone. You may also call Roland Frye ( 901-483-1419)  with any concerns.

How do you keep my credit card information safe?
We use  encryption and authentication services for all  transactions to ensure that no one can read any credit card  information in our database.
